How should I prepare for my massage?

A shower or bath is highly recommended before your massage, especially if you've been working out, at work all day or out in the sun. Clean bodies are easier and more hygienic to work on.

Avoid eating a heavy meal right before your massage. Allow yourself at least one hour between a meal and a massage session.

Be well hydrated. This will help prevent light headedness and or headaches from occurring after the massage.

Do not take pain killers and/or consume alcohol before your service.

If you are under the care of a doctor or have any medical conditions that contraindicate therapeutic massage please let the Massage Therapist know prior to your treatment.

Arrive about 5-10 minutes before your service so you are not rushed and can feel relaxed before the service begins.

If you need to cancel your service please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment time or you will be charged the full-service amount.
